For a standard foundation, spraying our sealing solutions is required in order to properly seal any residential or commercial foundation. Our products include WatchDog H3, a seal with a flexible, seamless membrane that is backed by a 10-year transferable performance warranty. Once cured, the membrane is four times thicker than a standard damp proofing application. 

A second seal of Tuff-N-Dri H8 provides an equal amount of strength and performance and is backed by a 15-year transferable performance warranty. This product guarantees a dry basement regardless of size, shape or location. 

Foam Insulation

King Foundation Sealing LLC also offers foam board insulation, with R-values ranging from 5 to 10. This is an additional way to ensure water will drain away from the concrete. The Warm-N-Dri foam boards range from 3/4" – 2 3/16" and may be installed in floors as well.
